Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Serpon — the AI-powered content creation and publishing platform operated by Serpon.com ("Serpon", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Serpon generates written content using artificial-intelligence models, runs it through multi-step editorial workflows, and can publish the result to third-party platforms you connect (such as WordPress or Ghost). Features depend on the plan you subscribe to.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members and project collaborators you invite. You must be at least 18 years old to use Serpon.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which handles checkout, invoicing, and sales-tax/VAT compliance. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Plan limits (such as monthly word budgets) reset each billing cycle and unused allowances do not roll over. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the content generated for you by the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law and third-party rights. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; Serpon does not guarantee its factual correctness, originality scores, or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Acceptable use

• No generating content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
• No spam networks, deceptive content farms, or content designed to manipulate or defraud.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its workflow prompts.
• No reselling of the service without a written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Third-party platforms

Publishing integrations connect to platforms you control using credentials you supply. You are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms. We store integration credentials encrypted and use them solely to provide the service.

7. Intellectual property

The service — including its software, design, editorial workflow prompts, and documentation — is owned by Serpon and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in the service other than the limited right to use it.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serpon's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content responsibility, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the service or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
