Refund Policy

Payments for Serpon subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. This policy explains when refunds are available.
1. Free trial first
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel from the billing portal before the trial ends and you will not be charged. We encourage you to evaluate the service fully during the trial.
2. Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forgot to cancel and have not materially used the service in the new billing period (no words generated), contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund the renewal.
3. Usage-based consideration
Because AI generation incurs real model costs the moment articles are produced, periods with substantial usage are generally not refundable. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for verified service defects.
4. Service failures
If a fault in Serpon prevented you from using what you paid for (e.g. generation consistently failing through no fault of your configuration), we will credit or refund the affected period.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with the charge date and reason. Refunds are processed through Paddle back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
